Yuca hervida y hecha puré en bolitas, cada una rellena con carne o queso, espolvoreada con hierbas frescas, luego empanizada y frita hasta que esté dorada y crujiente por fuera y tierna y cremosa por dentro.
Hay variedades de yuca, blanca y amarilla. Son tiernos y cremosos cuando se cocinan. Se venden frescos, recién cosechados, por lo que no es necesario encerarlos ni guardarlos durante meses en almacenes.
Excelentes bocadillos para compartir con familiares y amigos.
Para completar el deleite, se acompañan con una de nuestras salsas peruanas (huancaína, ocopa, o alguna mayonesa).
