Pollo al Mani

INGREDIENTES:

• Pollo

• 3 cuchara de ajos y cebolla molida

• 2 cucharas de aji amarillo

• 2 cucharas de aji especial

• Una pisca de vino

• 2 cucharas de aceite

• Sal al gusto

• Pimienta al gusto

• Oregano al gusto

• 1/2 taza de caldo de pollo

• 1/4 de mani

• 1/2 de agua

• Perejil al gusto

• A hint of wine

• 2 tablespoons oil

• Salt to taste

• 1/4 of peanut

• 1/2 of water

• Parsley to taste
