Lomo de Carne Molida | Comida Cuarantena

Espero que todos esten bien durante esta quarantina. Todos estamos afectado en una manera o otro. Yo eh estado con mi hija y me puse a preparar lo que habia a mano. Encontramos casi todo para un lomo saltado excepto que nomas habia carne de rez. Jaja miren lo que salio con lo que habia y mucho amor. Espero que se esten cuidando su salud. INGREDIENTES:

• 1 kilo de carne molida

• 1 cebolla

• Pimientos

• 1 tomate

• Caldo maggi de pollo

• 1 cuchara de sillau

• Pisco

• 1 cucharita de pimienta

• 1 cucharita de comino

• 1 cucharita de ajos molido

• 1 cucharita de oregano

• Papas

• Perejil
