• 2 tazas de harina de maiz

• 2 tazas de caldo de pueco

EL ADEREZO

• 1/2 kilo de puerco

• 2 cucharas de ajos

• 2 cucharas aji especial

• 2 cucharas de aji amarillo

• 2 cucharas de aji mirasol

• 1 cebolla mediana

• 1 cucharita de pimienta

• 1 cucharita de comino

• 1 cucharita de oregano

• Mani entero

• Aji amarillo en tiras

PARA CUBRIR

• 1 paquete de hojas de platano

ENCIMA:

• 2 huevos duros

• Aceitunas
