• 2 1/4 taza de harina para todo uso

• 130 gramos de mantequilla

• 1 1/2 cucharitta de azucar

• 1 huevo

• 8 cucharadas de agua

• 1/4 cucharita de sal

RELLENO

• 8 manzanas

• 1 taza de agua

• 1/2 taza de azucar morena

• 1 cucharada de canela

• 1 pedazo de cascara de limon

• 1/4 taza de pecanas picadas

• 1 cucharada de maizena

• 1 copita de pisco
